Nominees must RESIDE within Castro Valley / Eden Area (Defined as Unincorporated areas of Ashland, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Fairview, Hayward Acres, or San Lorenzo) or hold an active Castro Valley / Eden Area Chamber Membership.
